Exchange rates can change as markets move. A quote or conversion value viewed before an order is created is not a permanent market price and should not be treated as a promise that the same value will remain available later.
Swap-BNB.io uses a floating quote by default. A fixed-rate option applies only when it is explicitly offered by the live exchange interface for the selected route.
The estimated receive amount shown for an exchange can depend on the pair, amount, network and current route conditions. Use the exchange details shown for the specific order rather than an older screenshot, article value or external calculator.
Fees, Confirmations and Timing
The estimated service fee is typically 0.21%–1.16%, depending on the pair, amount and route. The service quote reflects the estimated receive amount and service fee, and no additional hidden service fee is added after order creation.
Blockchain network costs are separate from the service-fee model and can vary by network and route. A change in network conditions can also affect confirmation time.
Typical service processing takes 5–17 minutes after the required blockchain confirmations. This range is not a guaranteed maximum, and total elapsed time may be longer when a blockchain is congested, confirmations are delayed, a route is temporarily unavailable or an order requires additional review.
Blockchain Transfers Are Irreversible
Public blockchains are designed so confirmed transfers generally cannot be reversed by an exchange service. Before sending the source cryptocurrency, verify the asset, network, deposit details and receiving wallet address shown for the exchange.
If funds are sent to the wrong address, through an unsupported network or as an unsupported asset/token version, recovery may be difficult or impossible. Contact support if you notice a mismatch, but do not assume a confirmed transaction can be cancelled.
Wallet and Network Responsibility
Swap-BNB.io uses automated order, route/network and destination-address checks where supported. These controls reduce common errors but do not transfer responsibility for every wallet or network decision to the service.
Users are responsible for:
- selecting the intended sending and receiving assets;
- following the network instructions shown for the exchange;
- providing a destination wallet that supports the receiving asset and network;
- checking the copied address before sending;
- protecting private keys, seed phrases and wallet recovery credentials.
A wallet address can look valid while still belonging to the wrong network or account. Always verify the asset and network together.
Third-Party Networks, Wallets and Services
Swap-BNB.io does not control the operation of public blockchains, third-party wallets, block explorers or other independent infrastructure used outside the service. External outages, software bugs, congestion, maintenance or policy changes can affect an exchange even when the Swap-BNB.io order itself was created correctly.
Links or references to third-party networks and tools are provided to identify assets, blockchains or useful external functions. They do not mean Swap-BNB.io controls or guarantees those third-party services.
Route Availability
Swap-BNB.io supports 183+ cryptocurrencies across 41+ blockchain networks overall. This global service scope does not mean every asset pair, direction or network combination is available at all times.
The current exchange form determines whether a route is available and shows the applicable minimum and network choices. Supported USDT or USDC network variants can differ by direction and current routing conditions.
